Fighter Spotlight - Corey "The American Nightmare" Kuropas How long have you been training in MMA and what style? - I currently train in Shaolin Chuan Fa Kung Fu, Grappling, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I started off in Hapkido at the age of 14 years old, and as I got older, I added more to my skill set. Muay Thai, Boxing, ect. But I am definitely a Kung Fu and BJJ stylist.

Fighter Spotlight - William "The Machine" Webber What is your style and what does a normal day of training look like? - I have been training MMA for 8 months. I'm a grappler and a wrestler. I wrestled for 9 years including a year of college wrestling for Muskegon Community College. On a normal training day I usually train two-ah-days. First session consists of heavy lifting (chest, arms, back and shoulders, or legs depending on the day)and a 2-3 mile run as well as abb work outs. Second session is mainly cardio. I'll start on the eliptical for 15 to 20 minutes at sixty percent resistance.
